Project Officer

Job Description

• Assist track project milestones, including manage and monitor product deliveries (from vendor to customers), assist initial quality assurance (QA)
• Map and build documentation for projects, for specific data center, including documentation of exact physical rack locations, patch panel port configurations, and hardware serial numbers within your newly built systems
• Assist in implementation as deemed necessary by the project manager

Requirements

• Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• Foundational experience with database management or scripting languages to build tracking utilities
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Proficient in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on-site

Note:

This position is also open for any students who are looking for experience, including any undergraduate students in the related fields. Any intern will be positioned as a Junior Project officer, with the internship period of a minimum four (4) weeks or twenty-five (25) working days.
